If you don't get there early enough they run out, so no one else go there! Especially Fridays when they have the incredibly amazing poke bowl!! Stay away so I can have ALL OF IT FOR MYSELF!!

First time customer here and after eating one spicy spam Musubi I immediately got another one. Three days later I got three more. It's now been another three days and I wish they were open on Sunday.

Staff is what makes this place great. They are so kind a genuine. You can tell they are happy and that they love what they do. Small little corner lot in Salem. For a food truck, the food is great, full of flavor. The menu is kept simple with limited options. Dishes are fairly plain, your choice if bowl, plate, platter or a few others. They also have daily specials. Nice little spot to check out!!

Delicious! It's always "low key" food joints that have the best fix. Their spam musubis are HUGE. Once you have the spicy musubi with jalapeños, there is no going back to the regular one. Their tri-tip bowl with rice is delicious & perfectly portioned for one... or even two people if you're a light eater. Mac salad is A1 as well!! Thank you for your local business, you're greatly appreciat

I was really looking forward to this little place, based on the great reviews they have! However, I felt like the taste fell short... I ordered the big island plate with teriyaki chicken and Kalua pork. It comes with a side of white rice and Mac salad. The Mac salad was pretty bland, it could definitely use some more salt and pepper. Maybe some vinegar would help too. The pork and chicken lack salt as well... the chicken was cut into very large pieces. They give you a large side of BBQ sauce and a small side of thin teriyaki sauce with it. Not enough to help the taste of the meats. Overall, the food was bland. The portion size was big, which is a plus, and the couple that runs it, are very very sweet and welcoming.
